Terms of Service
Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at phiaegina.gr, operated by Phi Aegina ("Phi", "we", "us", "our"). They are written to be read, not to intimidate.
Acceptance
By using this site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Use of the site
We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable licence to view this site for your own personal use. You may not scrape it, reproduce it for commercial purposes, or reuse its text or photographs without our written permission.
Booking
When you choose to book, you leave this site for a third-party reservation engine — our booking partner. Your reservation is made with that partner, under its own terms and conditions and its own privacy policy. Phi acts only as a referral surface: we point you to the booking engine; we do not take the booking ourselves.
Editorial accuracy
We write about Aegina — ferry times, opening hours, the rhythm of the season — as accurately as we can, and we keep it current to the best of our ability. But schedules run by other people change. We are not liable for a third party's change to its own hours or timetable. If something matters to your day, our reception will gladly introduce you to the relevant local partner so you can confirm it directly.
Limitations of liability
This site is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will always be available or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you — across all claims in any twelve-month period — is capped at €100, or the price of one room-night, whichever is lower. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, and brand marks on this site — including the Φ mark, the name "Phi Aegina", the lockup, and the colour system — are the property of Phi Aegina. They are not licensed for reuse without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Please do not scrape the site, crawl it beyond what robots.txt permits, attempt to reverse-engineer any future (v2) endpoints, or try to reach non-public parts of the site.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Aegina or Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you habitually live.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected in the version number and effective date shown at the top of this page, on the same basis as our Privacy Policy.
