A Phi room — early afternoon
White microcement, olive linen.
Tall doors, bougainvillea over the rail.
What the room is, room by room

Four small rooms inside one quiet one.

We've kept the description short on rates and long on what's actually here — what the bed feels like, where the morning light falls, what's on the table when you arrive. The rest is for you to find.

The bed — olive linen against a woven headboard
Hand-woven headboard, oak frame.
01 — The bed

A linen bed,a woven wall behind it.

We settled the headboard before anything else. This one stayed.

A double bed against a full panel of woven rattan, an oak frame, olive linen heavier than hotel-grade. A reading light set into the wall on each side, and a sofa-bed a few steps away for a third guest or a child.

White microcement on the walls, a floating oak shelf, brass and matte black for the small metal things. Quiet, warm, and easy to keep cool.

The bath — terrazzo, brass, a walk-in shower
Terrazzo, brass, matte black.
02 — The bath

Terrazzo and brass,a walk-in shower.

A bath you can move in. We chose the stone before the fittings.

A vessel basin on terrazzo, a black-framed mirror, fluted-glass sconces and a walk-in rain shower behind glass. Matte-black taps, microcement walls, the same calm palette as the room.

Big, fluffy towels, fresh daily. Soap and oil refilled, not replaced.

The kitchenette — induction, sink, a shelf of cups
Induction, sink, a shelf of cups.
03 — A kitchen of your own

A small kitchen,so the morning is yours.

No minibar. A kitchenette, so you needn't ask.

A compact kitchenette — an induction hob, a sink, a shelf of cups and glasses, a kettle. Enough to make your own coffee, keep something cold, put together a late supper after the tavernas close.

We don't serve food ourselves. We do point you to it: Compass, about seven minutes down for breakfast; the tavernas of Agia Marina and Perdika for dinner.

A day in the room — tall doors, bougainvillea
Bougainvillea over the rail.
04 — The day

A room that holdsthe whole of the day.

Still at sunrise. Bright by four. Quiet again by ten.

Up on the hill above Agia Marina, the residence is wrapped in trees and bougainvillea. Tall doors open to a balcony — the higher rooms take in the sea, the garden rooms the green. Mornings are still; the afternoon comes in warm and low.

Quiet hours run from ten. It has been the rule since we opened, and so far no one has had to be told twice.

If you're choosing between two

Deluxe Family Garden View, or the
Superior?

Two rooms, side by side. The Deluxe Family Garden View and the Superior differ in space and in how high up the sea you want to be. Most guests pick by what they want their afternoon to look like.

Asked about Deluxe Family Garden View

The questions
we hear most.

  • Yes. We're up on the hill above Agia Marina, wrapped in trees, and quiet hours run from 10pm to 8am as a house rule — respected since we opened. Cicadas and a breeze through the shutters are the loudest things you'll hear.
  • The Deluxe Family Garden View has a double bed and a sofa-bed — it sleeps 2 adults + 2 children. Tell us your party at booking and we'll have it made up before you arrive.
  • Every room has a kitchenette — an induction hob, a sink, and the makings for coffee. We don't serve food ourselves, but Compass is about seven minutes down for breakfast and the tavernas are a short walk for dinner.
  • The Deluxe Family Garden View looks over the garden and the green, not the sea. For the water, ask for the Superior or the Suite — the first-floor rooms face it.
  • Dogs are welcome, by prior arrangement. Tell us when you book so we can ready the right room. Up to 2 dogs in the hotel at the same time, in the garden view rooms. A bed, two bowls, and a handful of treats are waiting on arrival. We ask that they aren't left alone in the room, and that they stay leashed on the paths. The vet in Aegina town is a short drive; we'll call ahead if you ever need. There is a one-off cleaning fee of €15 per stay. Guests cover any damage — though in our experience the dogs behave just fine.
  • Write to us before booking and we'll walk through the specifics honestly — the residence runs across three floors on a hillside, and we'll tell you exactly what each room involves.
  • Free until 14 days before arrival. After that, we hold 50% of the total booking — but it isn't lost: you can put it toward a stay on another date. We are flexible for weather and ferry trouble — call us first.
